A mad criminal has stolen secret documents from the headquarters of the special services. Only this pair of detectives, Filimon and Mortadelo, can cope with the elusive bandit.
The city was shocked by the audacious robbery of the TIA headquarters. An important document has disappeared, because of which TIA can become a laughing stock for other spy agencies. Very soon it turns out that none other than Jimmy, nicknamed the Joker, is behind the crime. The superintendent has no choice but to summon Mortadelo and Filimon, an extremely eccentric team of detectives. Mortadelo, despite his clumsiness, is a rather cunning fellow, whose main talent lies in the ability to disguise himself as anyone or anything: animals, representatives of different professions and even in various mechanisms! Like the others, he does not care about his boss Philemon, who often gets into ridiculous situations because of arrogance and imperiousness. Soon it turns out that crazy Jimmy is not the only problem of our heroes: a dangerous criminal Tronchamulas escaped from prison, who plans to take revenge on Philemon. Meanwhile, Professor Bacterio is trying to help a crazy couple of agents with his latest invention: "reversicin," an injectable drug that turns people into the exact opposite of who they are.
