In the movie Silent Madness 3d online opens with a certain Howard Jones being released from a psychiatric hospital. Dr. Joan Gilmour later finds out that this was done by mistake and sets out to find Jones. The tracks lead her to a small town that has a women's hostel. There was a massacre in this hostel twenty years ago, during which five young female students were killed. The killer was, as you might guess, the same Howard Jones. And now he's back to avenge his years in the asylum.
